Refund policy
Due to the nature of the good, coffee beans sold are non-refundable. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@cupandcompass.co.uk.
If something’s not quite right with your order, or your coffee isn’t hitting the mark, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our orders support team within 30 days of purchase at info@cupandcompass.co.uk
We’ll do our best to make it right, whether that’s arranging an exchange or helping you find a coffee that’s a better fit for your taste.
For accessories and equipment, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in resellable condition, including all original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is returned to us in a condition that isn’t resellable, we’ll need to send it back to you. To start a return, just drop us an email.
If you experience a fault with your machine or accessories, these are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (usually 12 months). For support or more information, feel free to contact us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee beans etc.), and discounted products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
