After depulping, the coffee is first washed to remove most of the mucilage, and then soaked in clean water for an additional 15 hours. This second stage allows any remaining residues to dissolve naturally, helping to enhance clarity and precision in the cup.

This carefully double-washed lot opens with an intensely floral aroma, led by fragrant notes of jasmine and delicate orange blossom. The cup is beautifully transparent and refined, revealing soft, subtle sweetness reminiscent of ripe pear. As it cools, a gentle, tea-like character emerges.
