Alo Coffee was founded in Bensa, Sidama by Tamiru Tadesse and his wife Messi, with a mission to showcase the true potential of Ethiopian coffee and the farmers behind it. After winning Ethiopia’s Cup of Excellence in 2021 with their very first lot from the village of Alo, they continue to push quality forward through meticulous processing and deep respect for the region’s remarkable terroir.
