Datura - Gesha Village Oma Natural

From the same plot and processing as Lot 054, this coffee was harvested slightly later in the season, offering a fascinating look at how a small shift in timing can shape the cup. It opens with apricot jam and orange blossom, with a silky, tea-like note, finishing with bright berries and fresh tangerine.

Produced at Gesha Village, this lot is a clearly reflects the exceptional terroir of the farm. The cherries are naturally processed, dried whole on raised African beds for 18–30 days, slowly concentrating sweetness and complexity while preserving the distinctive character that makes these Geshas so special.
