TANAT - Geisha Washed Anaerobic Abu - Panama

Abu Coffee, led by the Luttrell family, is widely regarded as one of Panama’s most prestigious farms, known for producing award-winning Geisha coffees. Their philosophy blends precise farming techniques, innovative processing methods, and deep respect for the local terroir, earning them a strong reputation within the global specialty coffee community.

For this lot, the cherries undergo a carefully managed double anaerobic fermentation—first resting for 24 hours in open tanks, then pulped and sealed for a further 72 hours. Afterward, the beans are washed with fresh mountain spring water and dried on raised beds for 15 days to preserve clarity and balance. The result is an elegant cup with floral jasmine notes, ripe apricot and pear sweetness, and a bright hint of citrus.
