This sweet and delicate coffee offers soft notes of stone fruit, florals, and white tea. Grown from old cultivars originally selected from wild coffee trees in the nearby Coche forest, the farm reflects generations of careful stewardship. Recent improvements in processing, drying, and lot separation — supported by close collaboration between Tim and the producer — have elevated the coffee’s clarity and expression, resulting in an elegant, refined cup with peach-like sweetness and floral nuance.
